2025 ELC Gala Week

The Executive Leadership Council’s Gala Week consists of four concurrent programs and events for a range of audiences, including undergraduate and graduate students, mid-level professionals, enterprise-wide CEO’s and C-suite executives, The ELC Members and more.

The week is anchored by The ELC Recognition Gala, our most important fundraising event, supporting our scholarships, educational outreach and philanthropic initiatives and recognizing our mission, purpose and impact in action.

ELC’s 2025 Recognition Gala dinner will be held in the Potomac Ballroom at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, National Harbor, MD on October 2, 2025.

Gala tables are currently sold out. To join our Gala table waitlist, please fill out this form. You will be contacted if a table becomes available.

Please note: All invoices must be paid within 90 days. If payment is not received within this time, your table(s) will be canceled and made available to others.

Individual tickets are available to ELC members only and are limited to two tickets per ELC member. Purchase your ticket by clicking here. Please email elcgala@elcinfo.com if you have any questions.

We’ve adopted a paperless ticket system. Companies will invite their table guests to register via the Gala Table Portal.

Once guests register, they will receive an email with an electronic ticket and QR code 3 days prior to the event. Allow sufficient time for entry on the day of the event. All guests must show their electronic QR code for admission.

Pre-Gala Networking Reception: 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Recognition Gala: 6:30 – 9:15 p.m. (Doors open at 6:00 p.m.)

Post-Gala Networking Reception: 9:30 p.m. – Midnight

Each Gala table accommodates 10 guests; additional seats cannot be added

Black-tie attire is required for The ELC’s Recognition Gala.

No, each program requires a separate registration for attendees participating throughout the week.

Yes, a limited number of individual tickets will be available for purchase to the Post-Gala Networking Reception at a cost of $500/ticket. For ticket purchases or more details, reach out to us at elcgala@elcinfo.com.
