How can I purchase a table to attend the Gala?
There are limited tables available. Please email elcgala@elcinfo.com if you are interested in purchasing a table.
How can I purchase individual tickets to attend the Gala?
Individual tickets are available to ELC members only and are limited to two tickets per ELC member. Purchase your ticket by clicking here. Please email elcgala@elcinfo.com if you have any questions.
How will guests receive Gala tickets?
We’ve adopted a paperless ticket system. Companies will invite their table guests to register via the Gala Table Portal.
Once guests register, guests will receive an email with an electronic ticket and QR code.
Allow sufficient time for entry on the day of the event. All guests must show their electronic QR code for admission.
Are there other actions needed to ensure the team is registered besides just adding their name & email on the table list?
No, ensure your guests are properly registered on our Gala platform, including full name, email, and guest profile.
Can we have more than 10 guests at a table?
Guests attending ELC’s Recognition Gala are seated at tables of 10 guests per table; additional seats cannot be added.
What is the attire for ELC’s Recognition Gala?
Black-tie attire is required for ELC’s Recognition Gala.
My executive/I am attending multiple ELC events and programs the week of October 28- 31, 2026, can I complete one registration for all programs and events?
No, each program requires a separate registration for attendees participating throughout the week.
My company wants to host a private reception for our executives and/or guests.
Private event space is subject to availability and requires a contract with the host hotel by August 1.
Instructions to request private event space will become available by June.
What time do Gala events begin?
- Pre-Gala Networking Reception: 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
- Recognition Gala: 6:30 – 9:15 p.m. (Doors open at 6:00 p.m.)
- Post-Gala Networking Reception: 9:30 p.m. – Midnight
Can I do early check-in for Gala?
Yes, pre-check in will be available on Friday, October 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the check-in desk located in the Potomac Foyer.
