CEO GameChanger Conference®

October 5, 2023

The CEO GameChanger Conference® is an unmatched, one-day, event designed to inform and equip CEOs through a highly engaging peer-to-peer experience, compelling data-driven insights and enlightening best practices that are shared by renowned keynote speakers, panel discussions and fireside chats.

Overview

The CEO GameChanger Conference® is an invitation-only immersive program designed to provide CEOs with the knowledge, insights, and tools needed to support and advance their Black talent.

Designed as an off-the-record, safe-space, Chatham House Rule conversation, where what is stated at our meeting, stays at our meeting, the conference is a catalyst for equipping CEOs and their organizations with innovative strategies to advance the representation of Black leaders at the senior executive and board levels.

CEOs who attend are welcome to invite their Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and (1) ELC member.

What to Expect

The theme for this year’s conference is BREAKTHROUGH and will explore the multi-faceted understanding of and key considerations for critical enablers to the advancement of Black talent. Through a series of interactive case studies, we will dive into desired outcomes for Black talent, challenges that must be overcome, successes to date and what it takes to maintain momentum despite the current political climate.

The CEO GameChanger Conference® facilitates honest conversations and tackles the very real barriers to change faced by leaders in today’s corporate landscape and seeks to empower participants to support and advance Black talent, break through barriers to change, and lead with purpose and impact.

ELC member and C-Suite executive participation in the 2023 CEO GameChanger Conference is strictly dependent on the Enterprise CEO’s ability to attend.
